One of the highlights in the mountain village Ella is the 30-meter high Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. With a small 30-minute walk through the jungle, you will reach a piece of beautiful architecture that is hidden between lush green tea fields. It is allowed to walk on the bridge and it’s one of the things you must do in Sri Lanka.
If you want to enjoy some of the best views without needing to hike for hours, Little Adam’s Peak Hike is the perfect trek, especially for an unforgettable sunset. Little Adams Peak is found in Ella Sri Lanka, a region best known for its spectacular mountain ranges, tea plantations, waterfalls and hiking trails. The great thing about Little Adams Peak is that you will get some of the best views in the world, without a massive hike.
After you will visit Rawana Falls is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in our country. It belongs to the Ella area. Rawana Falls has got a very high tourist attraction as see. Kirindi Oya is the source of Rawana Falls. Rawana Falls is located at an elevation of 3445 feet above sea level. The waterfall is 82 feet (25 meters) high. This beautiful waterfall, which is covered with oval and concave rocks, is part of the Rawana Falls Wildlife Reserve. The Rawana Ella Purana Raja Maha Viharaya and the Dova Purana Viharaya are located close to this waterfall. Beautiful, but very dangerous. Deep pits filled with water, slippery rocks, are abundant here.
